Disclosed are a system adjustment method and apparatus based on a user state. The method comprises: receiving state information about a user motion transmitted by an accessory device via a mobile device, wherein the state information about the user motion is a state parameter and the number of change times of the state parameter which are sensed by the accessory device within a pre-set time; judging the state of a user according to the number of change times of the state parameter of the accessory device within the pre-set time, wherein the state of the user comprises at least one of a waking state, a light sleep state and a deep sleep state; and adjusting a standby state and the job characteristic of the mobile device according to the number of change times of the state parameter of the accessory device within the pre-set time and the state of the user. By means of the above-mentioned method, the present invention can determine the state of a user and adjust the function of a mobile device, thereby improving the user experience. |
