The present invention provides a random access processing method and device, said method comprising: a first node receiving a random access signal sent by a second node; by means of a downlink channel, the first node sending to the second node random access response information to respond to the random access signal, wherein the random access response information is sent in a random access response message. The present invention fills gaps in the related art concerning enhancing random-access response message solutions.
