Provided is a method for producing a 3D two-colour warp-knitted pile fabric. The production method comprises the following steps: (1) Realization of two colours of product bottom and face, wherein two raw materials which are different in colour developing effect are knitted into the face and bottom of the fabric and dyed respectively, such that two colours respectively in the bottom and top of the fabric are formed, the dye formula being as follows: at least two groups of dyes are used, wherein one group is a non-polar disperse dye, and one group is a cation-modified disperse dye; and the non-polar disperse dye is compounded using three dyes, and the cation-modified disperse dye is also compounded using three dyes; (2) Realization of two colours of pile top and pile root, wherein a concave-convex pattern roller is used to uniformly apply an alkali slurry on the pile surface under the effect of pressure, and a part of piles on the pile surface are corroded by heating, and washing is performed with water; and (3) Striking realization of two-colour effect, wherein a roasting roller at 180¡ãC is used in cooperation with an appropriate blast capacity to tidy the felling direction of the piles in order, and then a spiral cutter and a flat cutter are used in cooperation to cut all the piles to 0.5 mm to enable the piles to be in good order and upright; the colour of the bottom fabric can be displayed through gaps between the piles. |
