PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject ink composition with high blur-proofness, repelling-proofness and storage stability, capable of forming a printed coating film with excellent adhesiveness, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, water resistance and light resistance on the surface of a base material such as metal, glass or plastic, with no transfer onto a base material even if it is superposed on the coating film. SOLUTION: This ink composition comprises (1) an ethanol-predominant solvent, (2) at least one binder selected from polyamide resins, toluenesulfonic acid-formaldehyde resin and amine-modified silicone-acrylic resin, (3) carbon black grafted with a polymer containing a polyalkylene oxide group as side chain, and (4) an imino group-bearing dye. |
