Continuous woven blanket for corrugated cardboard manufacture

The woven blanket structure, to carry a paper fiber web, has at least one of the warps (11-14) on the side towards the web with a higher friction coefficient against the paper fibers than the other warps (21,22) in the blanket. All the warps (11-14) on the web side have a raised and identical friction coefficient. The high friction warps (11-14) are of a material which is resistant to wear and temp., and can be coated carrier yarns. The woven blanket is in three layers. The center woven layer (20) takes up the draw forces on the continuous blanket, with an upper woven layer (10) in contact with the paper web, and a bottom woven layer (30). The warps (21,22) in the center layer (20) each pass over at least two wefts (4). The warps (11-14) in the upper layer (10) pass in and out over at least two wefts (4), and the warps (31-34) in the bottom layer (30) move inwards over a single weft (4) and outwards over at least three wefts (4). The warps (11-14;31-34) in the top and bottom layers (10,30) are offset against each other within a yarn group.
