The wires (1) of the main group are assembled with a parallel film (4) whose ends are wrapped transversely around the wires to contact each other and form a projecting edge (5, 5a). Alternatively both main and branch groups are positioned on a film shaped according to the wiring layout and much broader than the wire groups.
