Measurement arrangement for time function of large electric current with short rise-time, especially for GTO thyristor

The arrangement has a multilayered conducting plate. The current to be measured flows in a first conductor section (1) arranged in at least one layer of the plate. A number of conductors (3) are arranged in a neighboring layer of the plate, in the direction of the conducting section. The conductors are connected to a circuit, so that the voltage depending on the rise-time of the current is measured at the connecting terminals of the circuit.
