FIELD: medicine, in particular, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: airtight bowl is superposed on retraction area of paravertebral tissues. Boundaries of exposure area follow retraction boundaries. Rarefaction is created inside bowl and regulated by patient's feelings till feeling of considerable tension is reached. Exposure is carried out daily for 15-20 min.
