FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying external fixation apparatus in a way that its rotation axis is located in the region of proximal tibiofibular articulation. Distal part of the crus is rotated in the frontal plane relative to the proximal part by moving the tibiofibular articulation. To make bone intersection, chisel is brought through subcutaneous fat in perpendicular direction relative to longitudinal axis of the crus in the area of crus flexor tendons. The chisel is rotated in perpendicular relative to longitudinal axis of the crus, cortical plate intersection is carried out in the area of the interior surface of the tibia, anterointerior and posterointerior part of the tibia.
