PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allowing a base station to control the transmission power of a UE reliably, by reporting the power headroom of bundled carriers, in the state of carrier aggregation.SOLUTION: A power control method includes a step 101 of acquiring power headroom information of bundled carriers of user equipment, and step 102 of adjusting the transmission power of the bundled carriers according to the power headroom information. The bundled carriers include a group of at least one component carrier and a group of at least one first carrier or at least one component carrier or at least two first carriers.
