SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a drug that has tissue culture cell monolayer cultured on the transparent backing on which bioenergetic information from an analogous cell monolayer of the identical tissue and containing an active drug administrated by spraying is transferred by means of distant intercellular interaction by optical contact through transparent backings. Transferring the biological information from cells of the same tissue culture treated with an active drug enhances therapeutic effect of an active drug.
