FIELD: finishing of face surface of wall and roof surface, more particularly building facades in northern climatic zones. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, wt %: latex, 7-12; cement, 18-21; quartz sand, 35-40; pigment, 5-12; liquid soda glass, 4- 11; polyvinyl acetate dispersion, 5-7; zeolite, 4-6, and water, the balance. Frost resistance is 199-215 cycles. Adhesion of coating to concrete is 2.6-2.9 MPa. Mixture of dry components is mixed with liquid composition constituent prior to use. Storage period of dry mixture is 1 year. EFFECT: lower consumption of binder and higher frost resistance of composition. 2 tbl
