FIELD: conversion of disturbed water surface energy. SUBSTANCE: water surface is disturbed by floating craft of two pontoons coupled by means of sectionalized hollow slab whose hollow spaces are filled with liquid. Air caps with admission and delivery valves are provided at ends of spaces. Hinged to slab are rods built up of two plates which hold keel at depth equal to one third or two thirds of maximum wave length. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
