SUBSTANCE: invention presents the completed effective process for production and isolation of 7-aminodeacetoxycephalosporanic acid through 3-(carboxyethylthio)-propionyl- -7-aminodeacetoxycephalosporanic acid using the transformant strain of Penicillium chrysogenum expressing expandase in combination with acyltransferase. Method involves the use of a 3,3-thiodipropionic acid as a precursor of by-side chain moiety. 7-Aminodeacetoxycephalosporanic acid is an intermediate compound in production of cephalosporines.
