A Velcro (RTM) type fastener is located on the outside of one garment part (13). A second element (28) is located near the longitudinal edge of the outside of the second garment part (14). The second element (28) is located on a semi-rigid front strip on the side to be placed on the first part (13). The two fastener elements (24,28) are joined through being placed on top of each other. Each of the centering devices (15) comprises at least one strip of a Velcro (RTM) type fastener, which is joined by one end to one of the garment parts while the other end is guided through a ring (25) fixed on the other garment part. This end is then folded to connect it to the first end through a simple superimposition.
