The connection involves a female plug-in connector (12) which has two independent movable parts (16,17) and a revolvable operating part (19) with spiral cam slots (24,25). The two moveable parts have cam pegs (27,28) inserted in the cam slots. If the operating part is turned, then the two movable parts move in opposite directions. These parts also have two more cam slots angled against each other. A male plug-in connector (11) has cam pegs to fit in cam slots (15a).
