摘要 The sensor comprises a substrate disk (6) from electrically isolating material fastened at a brake pad (4) of the brake (2). An electric resistance layer (8) is arranged on a surface area of the substrate disk, and is contacted with conductor paths (7) output over cables (9). The substrate disk is embedded in a protection body which consists of a core body and a coat body which encloses the core body and the revealed edge areas of the substrate disk. The sensor comprises a substrate disk (6) from electrically isolating material fastened at the brake pad (4) of the brake, and standing vertically to the striking surface (3) of the brake (2). A layer (8) of an electric resistance material is arranged on a surface area of the substrate disk, which is contacted with conductor paths (7) which are output over cables (9). The substrate disk, including its layer, is embedded in a protection body (11, 14) from electrically isolating plastic. The substrate disk consists of a temperature-resistant plastic, and the resistance of a vapour-applied metal film resistance. The protection body is formed as a sprayed-on cast which consists of a core body, surrounding the substrate disk while revealing its edge areas, as well as a coat body which encloses the core body and the revealed edge areas of the substrate disk.
