The device (1) has a shield device, which has a primary shield coil. The shield device has at least one additional shield coil (6) which is activated at least when the device is transported. Preferably, the coil is formed as a superconductive coil. Before transportation the coil is charged to the desired field strength. After transport it is excited to a predetermined value. The additional coil is preferably made of electrically conductive material e.g. copper or aluminium. During transport it may be acted on by a DC current. A high frequency shield may be integrated in the shield coil. The gap between two neighbouring conductors may then be short circuited by at least one capacitor.
