Firing process for ceramic articles in a tunnel furnace

The procedure consists of placing each of the ceramic articles to be fired on a support (5) which can be inclined at a variable angle. The supports are kept horizontal position in the zone (3) of the kiln where the temperature is such that the ceramic articles are plastic. The inclination of the supports can be modified by varying the spacing between the carriages (6) so that the supports are raised or lowered by coupling levers (13) or ramps.
