The multistage turbo pump is constructed within a casing (1) and consists of a turbine and multistage pump. A sealing and separation ring (54) is fitted between the turbine and pump. The case, between the annular projection (53), which is carried by the case adjacent to the sealing ring and the extreme face of the rear bladed wheel (17) of the turbine, is a clearance (D), with the radius of the projection being greater than the radius of the sealing ring.
