PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing system capable of communication at a high security level even if an encryption key difficult to decipher is not stored.SOLUTION: An information processing system 100 comprises an MFP 101 and a client PC 102, and the MFP comprises an HDD 111. When an encryption key difficult to decipher is not stored in a key storage exclusive region in the HDD, the MFP generates an encryption key difficult to be deciphered by referring to data on encryption keys difficult to be deciphered stored in the HDD. When a security policy to regulate the prohibition of communication at a low security level is enabled in the MFP, the MFP communicates with the client PC by using the generated encryption key difficult to be deciphered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
