PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device that can lower the PWM frequency when motor current is smaller as compared with a case where motor current is high.SOLUTION: A PWM frequency changing unit acquires a q-axis current command value Iset by a current command value setting unit (step S1). The PWM frequency changing unit obtains PWM frequency fcorresponding to the motor current from a motor current-PWM frequency map by regarding the obtained q-axis current command value Ias the motor current (Step S2). The PWM frequency changing unit calculates the voltage resolution Vrcorresponding to the PWM frequency f Pacquired in step S2 (step S3).
