PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a lightness and a saturation of a color printing sheet by providing a white light reflecting layer between a base material and a coating layer, thereby improving a reflectivity of the light. SOLUTION: When an incident light 6 is incident on a position having no ink 5, its part is reflected on a coating layer 2 and a white light reflecting layer 4 and emitted from a surface of the color printing sheet 1. Here, since the layer 4 uses a material having higher reflectivity of a white light than that of a base material 3, a quantity of a reflected light 7A is increased, and its whiteness index is strengthened. Meanwhile, when an incident light 6 is incident on an ink 5, its part is reflected by the ink 5 to become a reflected light 7B, and its part which is transmitted through the ink 5 is almost emitted via the layer 4. Then, the light 7B is incident on observer's naked eyes so that its image is visually recognized. Accordingly, since the light which is not transmitted and not emitted from the color printing sheet is again transmitted through the ink 5 and emitted, a quantity of the light 7B is increased to improve a lightness and a saturation of the image.
