PURPOSE: An iron band forming device is provided to improve productivity by connecting in a state of noninterruption of the operation of pipe forming device when connecting by welding the front end of the iron band. CONSTITUTION: An iron band forming device comprises when connecting the front end of the iron band by welding; supply of iron bands, rolled in a supplying roll(10), completed; moving rollers(82) provided in plural for the iron band(20) to be transferred by a transferring device in order to be stored, folded zigzag, and guided by a guiding roll, then so the pipe forming device as to be connected in an operation state when connecting by welding the front end of the iron band newly supplied,; a fixing roller(83) introduced, facing in between of the transferring roller(82) for revolving, fixed so the iron band transferred by the moving roller(82) as to be secondly transferred.
