Continuous process for the manufacture of latex- polyurethane foams. The process, of the "one-shot" type, comprises charging a reactor with all the materials necessary to obtain the latex-polyurethane foam and depositing the resulting mass on conveyor belts on which foam formation takes place. The reactor is of the mixing head type used in the continuous manufacture of polyurethanes. The materials to form the latex-polyurethane foam comprise a latex or aqueous emulsion of latex which includes an aqueous dispersion of a polymer of the olefin type, a polyol, a polyisocyanate and a foaming agent such as water which can be provided by the latex. The latex-polyurethane foam is appropriate for the manufacture of mattresses.
