PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working auxiliary tool enabling a working man to freely walk without burdening him with a load of a baggage. SOLUTION: This is a working auxiliary tool 1 to support a baggage which a man carries on his shoulder and has a baggage placing part 2 to hold the baggage, a shoulder installation part 3 extended from this baggage placing part 2 and to bear on the shoulder, a waist installation part 4 provided on a lower part of the aforementioned baggage placing part 2 and wound around the waist and fixed and a support leg part 6 extended from this waist installation part 4 to the ground and to bend by being interlocked with movement of feet.
