PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a suppressant for accelerating actions on enterokinesis caused by a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agent and an antiinflammatory composition reduced in the accelerating actions on the enterokinesis. SOLUTION: This suppressant for accelerating actions on enterokinesis caused by a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory agent such as indomethacin, diclofenac sodium or ibuprofen contains a quaternary ammonium-based cholinolytic agent such as tiquizium bromide or scopolamine butylbromide as an active ingredient. An antiinflammatory pharmaceutical composition contains the nonsteroidal antiflammatory agent and the quaternary ammonium-based cholinolytic agent and reduced in or excluded from accelerating actions on the enterokinesis.
