The insert is applied in the construction of refrigeration, cold storage and other buildings. It offers the opportunity for fast assembly and disassembly of the installation pipes of different diameters making use of simplified technological equipment and achieving the required steam-, heat- and gas-impermeability. The insert is mounted in a hole of a wall prefabricated panel and includes tubular components fitted concentrically inside each other, interconnected by means of male and female opposite threadings. The components are coaxially fitted to the installation pipe, the outer tubular component (1) being protruding on both sides of the dimensions of panel (10) being fixed to it, and the inner tubular component (3, 4) having larger diameter than the diameter of the installation pipe (6). At the pipe outlets (6) from the inner tubular component (3, 4) sealing rings (8) are fitted, and a sealing (7) is fitted between the outer tubular component (1) and the surface layer of panel (10) All tubular components (1, 2, 3 & 4) can be made of the same lengths or the two tubular components having the largest diameter (1 & 2) have the same length, and the remaining pairs of tubular components (3 & 4) have a total length equal to the length of the two continuous components (1 & 2). The pairs of tubular components (3 & 4) are fitted forward to pipe (6) and in the 3-dimensional space formed by components (2, 3, & 4), tube (6) and rings (8), and expanded heat insulation material (9). 4 claims, 4 figures
