PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece attitude change device capable of changing an attitude of a workpiece without taking out the workpiece. SOLUTION: A pallet 1 is formed in such a way that a rotary body 3 as a workpiece loading member is inserted into a housing 2 and end parts thereof are closed by side walls 4, 5. The rotary body 3 is formed by machining a round bar and has a first attitude determining plane 6 and a second attitude determining plane 7, a cutout part for supporting a workpiece, and a projecting slit 10 for receiving drive torque. When a tip 13 of a pressing piston 12 energized by a spring 14 brings the first and second attitude determining planes into contact closely and pushes them, a workpiece W is held at a predetermined attitude.
