PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the hurt of the skin when the skin is stimulated by a massaging tool, while properly stimulating the effective spot, and to jointly activate the skin itself. SOLUTION: A massaging tool is constituted in such a way that an elastic deformable dome wall 3 being reversible downward is continuously provided to the inside surface of a frame body 2 and that a large number of projections 4 are erected on the upper surface of this dome wall 3. The head skin is stimulated by pressing the end parts of the projections 4, or by reversely and elastically deforming the dome wall 3 so that the head skin is pinchedly stimulated by the end parts of the respective projections 4.
