SOLUTION: A wheel 40 for movement whose rotation center is arranged on the both side faces at the rear part of a dust collecting chamber 26 at the front part from the centroid of a motor-driven blower 31 mounted to a main body lower part 21 is provided freely rotatably in a shaft hole provided on the main body lower part 21. A caster 41 for the movement is formed so as to be positioned at the rear part from the centroid of the motor-driven blower 31 and at an almost center to the advancing direction of the main body by freely rotatably fixing and holding shaft parts formed on the both sides of the caster 41 for the movement to a hooking hole formed from the main body lower part 21.
