PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of projections for catching a heel part. SOLUTION: The thin and rib-shaped projections 13 are formed along the longitudinal direction on the lower wall surface 10b of a shoe provided with the projections 13 for catching the heel part on a rear wall surface on the side of the heel part. The projections 13 are vertically extended downward from a step surface 12. That is, the upper end surfaces 13a of the projections 13 and the step surface 12 are formed flush with each other and the upper end surfaces 13a and the step surface 12 become a catching surface for catching the heel part A.
