PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit confirmation by a sound simultaneous with an operation without seeing a control panel through an eye even in a case when a person who is blind or who can not open his eye upon shampoo operates a hot-water supplier. SOLUTION: The controller A of a hot-water supplier 1 is constituted of a plurality of switches S, permitting the starting, stopping of various functions of the hot-water supplier 1, regulation of various operating conditions and inputting as well as changing or the like of respective setting values, and a pronouncing means F, generating voice simultaneously with the respective ON/OFF operations of the plurality of switches S, so as to permit the confirmation of operation of the switches S by a sound.
