PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile press-in pull-out machine for a water-jet construction method, by which a control system is simplified and the efficiency of the execution of works is ensured regarding the pile driving of a hard ground and which can be applied within a wide range containing even the pile driving of a corner section where a pile row is curved. SOLUTION: The pile press-in pull-out machine 1 for a water-jet construction method has a lifting-lowering frame 5 lifted and lowered to a main body section 4, a chuck 7 capable of being rotated around a vertical axis to the lifting- lowering frame 5 and a hose winding section 6 for a water-supply hose. The hose winding section 6 is installed and constituted on the lifting-lowering frame 5 through a rotary principal axis (11) capable of being concentrically turned with the rotary principal axis (12) of the chuck 7 at that time.
