PURPOSE: An active matrix liquid crystal display(LCD) device and method thereof is provided to compensate a difference of feed through voltage and prevent distortion of image on LCD panel. CONSTITUTION: The active matrix liquid crystal display device and method thereof comprises a plurality of liquid cells, a plurality of source lines, and a plurality of reference voltage lines and a unit. In the active matrix liquid crystal display device, the plurality of liquid cells are formed a matrix type. The plurality of source lines and the plurality of reference voltage lines forces electric field to liquid cells. The unit differs a center value of data for source signal and reference voltage signal while identical gray scaled source signal is forced in two of liquid crystal cell.
