PURPOSE: A controlling device of a high frequency inducing heating device for forming a bent pipe is provided to control to always keep a flux generating core unit from a steel plate in the regular distance. CONSTITUTION: The automatic distance control device has:the flux generating core unit heating by feeding flux to the steel plate; the high frequency inducing heating device; a distance sensor sensing the distance between the flux generating core and the steel plate; a digital input and output unit turning on and off the high frequency inducing heating device; an A/D changing unit changing the analog current value of the flux generating core unit that is fed through a filter, to a digital current value; a servo motor moving the flux generating core unit upward and downward; a servo drive driving the servo motor; and a motion control unit(56) rotating the servo motor downward if the current value is less than the set value after comparing the current value that is fed from the A/D changing unit and the set value.
