PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided which has an excellent impact resistance, chemicals resistance and transparent property. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 8-25 weight parts of polybutadiene rubber latex, 40-70 weight parts of methacrylic alkyl ester or acrylic alkyl ester compound, 15-30 weight parts of aromatic vinyl compound, 1-20 weight parts of cyanated vinyl compound, 0.2-0.6 weight part of emulsifier, 0.2-0.6 weight part of molecular weight controlling agent, 0.05-0.3 weight part of polymerization initiator. The composition is polymerized at 65-80°C for 4-7 hours, followed by coagulation of aqueous calcium chloride solution at 80°C to give the thermoplastic resin.
