PURPOSE: A system for a specific person retrieval and method thereof are to easily find out a specific person who has a condition in accordance with user requirements by using a communication network, such as an internet, local area network and so forth. CONSTITUTION: A system for a specific person retrieval(1) comprises; a display unit(11) for displaying the contents of selectable condition to a user; a condition selection unit(12) for selecting a condition the user wants; a comparison unit(13) for comparing a condition inputted by the user and a data of the specific person stored in a provider server(50); a data output unit(30) for outputting the data associated with the specific person; an information input unit for storing user information to the provider server(50); a picture input unit(20) for storing a shape of the user; an internet connection unit(15) for connecting the specific person retrieval system(1) to the provider server(50); and a control unit(10) for controlling the above unit according to control algorithm.
