PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hooking between a stud pin and a fitting hole of an engaging part by pressing the engaging part from the outside with a pressing body, moving a mask frame in the tube axis direction, and attaching/detaching the fitting hole of the engaging part in the direction almost along the center axis of the stud pin. SOLUTION: A pressing body 10 presses an engaging part 7 in the arrow X direction and moves, deforms a movable piece 8, and pulls out the engaging part 7 from a stud pin 4 to release fitting. In this time, a mask frame 1 is moved in the arrow Y direction by linking with move in the arrow X direction of the pressing body 10, and a fitting hole 9 of the engaging part 7 is moved along the center axis of the stud pin 4 for attaching/detaching operation. Attaching/detaching of the mask frame 1 and a panel 2 is facilitated, and even if inclination of the movable piece 8 to a fixing part 6 of an elastic supporting body 5 is increased, hooking between the stud pin 4 and the fitting hole 9 of the engaging part 7 is prevented, the generation of foreign matters is prevented, and accurate reproducibility of attaching/detaching position is obtained.
