PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a switching time of a relay selection circuit. SOLUTION: This relay selection circuit is formed in a tree shape, by collecting mechanical relays M1-M8 connected with a plurality of inputs for each given number, and providing semiconductor relays S1-S4 for the given number of groups I-IV. When one of the mechanical relays M1-M8 of one of the groups I-IV is operated, the groups I-IV are switched to operate one of the mechanical relays M1-M8 to sequentially select inputs. At this time, switching of the mechanical relays M1-M8 is overlapped to eliminate a long time until stability required for the mechanical relays M1-M8. Before the semiconductor relays S1-S4 are turned on and then off, the mechanical relays M1-M8 are turned off, delayed onset trailing of the semiconductor relays S1-S4 is eliminated, and a switching time of the relay selection circuit can be reduced.
