PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate such a fact that a return of discharged paper is made into being not thorough going enough due to a level difference lying between a paper matching tray and a paper discharging tray and thereby the paper is turned to unevenness even if a tip of the discharged paper is received by the paper discharging tray after shortening the length of this paper matching tray in order to promote its miniaturization as a whole. SOLUTION: Two paper discharging trays are installed up and down stepwise, and a staple unit S is installed free of lifting motion at the right of these paper discharging trays. This staple unit is provided with a paper matching tray 30 receiving a sheet of discharge paper and arraying it aright, and a stitching staple 35, while an extension tray 40 is installed in the paper matching tray 30 free of retractable motion. Subsequently, when a sheet of recorded paper is discharged out of an image forming device 11, the extension tray 40 is delivered out of the paper matching tray 30, whereby the discharged paper is successively stacked on these trays 30 and 40.
