PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat belt capable of urging not only a driver but also an occupant to put on the seat belt by applying a light emitting function thereto. SOLUTION: This seat belt 1 has a suspended fastener 2 attached to the side of a driver's seat, a belt body 3 suspended from the fastener 2 and a locking plate 4 passed through the belt body 3. The belt body 3 contains a luminous pigment in the whole or a part of knitting fabric having at least a luminous front.
