摘要
一种散热装置,贴合于晶片上,用以协助排出晶片所产生的热量,该散热装置包括一基座及若干装设于基座上的散热鳍片。该基座是由挤出成型并经适当加工后而得,其底面贴合于晶片上,而顶面则一体延伸有若干个适当排配的凸柱,以供该散热鳍片装设。该散热鳍片是由板材冲压弯折而得,大体上呈“U”字形,包括一基片及自基片两侧同向弯折彼此平行延伸的第一侧片与第二侧片,该基片用以与基座顶面贴合。
