PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training parachute that never flies up and offers a desirable load when filling out and that prevents its canopy from oscillating sideway and rotating when the user keeps running on with the canopy spread. SOLUTION: This training parachute comprises a parachute canopy 1 adapted to fill out, and a fixing band 2 for fixing the parachute canopy 1 to the waist of a trainee T. Two canopy edges E situated at the right and left lower sides when the parachute canopy 1 fills out are extended into symmetric stabilizer parts 15. Both stabilizer parts 15 force the parachute canopy 1 filling out down to thus direct the lift downward and prevent the parachute from flying up.
