PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a processor to precisely integrate paper money without the occurrence of the inconvenience such as an array defect and a jam even if the paper money different in a short dimension is treated by vertically raising/ lowering a bill stopper in accordance with the short dimension of the paper money. SOLUTION: Short paper money 15 is transported by a transporation belt 8 and is integrated in a service pool. Then, a bill stopper 10 is held to a height position adjusted to the short dimension of the short paper money 15 by a reset spring. At that time, a solenoid 11 is turned off. When long paper money is transported after the integration of short paper money 15 completes, the solenoid 11 is turned on (absorbed). Thus, the connected bill stopper 10 moves by the parallel link mechanism of a stopper link 14 and is arranged to a position fitted for integrating the long paper money. Then, the long paper money is transported by the transporation belt 8 and is integrated into the service pool. Consequently, the long paper money can precisely be integrated subsequently to the short paper money 15.
