PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely and speedily pay out paper monies one by one by installing a means for making plural paper monies into a non-pressurized free state and a feed-out means which is arranged across the opening of a suction means and feeds out sucked paper money against suction. SOLUTION: Fan devices 23 and 24 and electric motors 61 and 70 are driven by the pay-out start signal of paper money. A control board 65 is moved in a left direction with the normal rotation of the electric motor 61 and a plurality of pawl boards are moved. Then the paper money away from a feed-out device D is pressed by a pawl group and paper money nearer to the device D becomes a non-pressurized free state. When the electric motor 25 receives the feed-out signal of first paper money, the electric motor 25 is normally rotated to feed out the first paper money on the outer side of a paper money bundle sucked to the opening upward by the surface friction of a rubber belt 38. When the paper money is detected by a pair of sensors S7, the electric motor 25 is reversely rotated to prevent the paper money from being erroneously fed out due to cooperative movement.
