PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link mechanism having high speed ability of the mechanism, reducing size in a vertical direction than that of the bottom of a base bed, and widening the movement range in a lateral direction of a moving member. SOLUTION: A parallel link mechanism to relatively move a moving member 17 based on a base bed 11 comprises at least three rotary actuators 12 arranged on the periphery around a central axis of the base bed 11 and having drive shafts 12a mounted vertically to or slightly inclinably based on the bottom of the base bed 11; universal couplings 13, 14, 15, and 16 to intercouple the rotary actuators 12 and a moving member 17; and a control means to control the rotary actuators 12.
