摘要 In the beam path between an emitter element and a deflector unit, such as a polygon mirror used to guide the emitted beam periodically within a monitored region, a deviating device is provided for deflecting the emitted beam (4). To position the emitted beam on the deflector unit, and the received beam on a receiver element, the alignment of the deviating device is varied in two spatial directions, perpendicular to the optical axis of the emitted light beam. The deviating device may comprise two deviation mirrors (9,10).
