Photographic element comprises imaging layer(s) on the front and an imaging layer on the back of a transparent polymer film with a stiffness of 20-100 mN and has a spectral transmission >= 90% and reflection density less than 10%. An Independent claim is also included for an imaging process, which involves exposure and development of material comprising a transparent polymer film with a stiffness of 20-100 mN, biaxially oriented polyolefin film(s) with a spectral transmission >= 90% and a reflection density less than 10%, imaging layer(s) of silver halide and color coupler on the front and a similar imaging layer on the back.
