PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation spacer in which generation of flashover breakdown by adhesion of foreign matter is prevented. SOLUTION: In a bottom part of an insulation mold 1, an embedded metal 2 for fixing on the low voltage side is embedded. In an upper part of the insulation molding 1, an embedded metal 3 for fixture on the high voltage side is embedded. The embedded metal 2 for fixing on the low voltage side comprises a roughly columnar drum part 21, and a head part 22 of a larger diameter than the drum part 21. A bottom surface of the insulation molding 1 around a bottom surface of the embedded metal 2 is inclined upward relative to the bottom surface of the embedded metal 2. A flat resin injection port mark 4 is formed at a boundary part between a bottom surface and a side surface of the insulation molding 1. The resin injection port mark 4 is formed by cutting a resin part remaining at a resin injection port of a metal mold in injecting a resin into the metal mold to be flat.
